1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Blaze application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App. These terms govern your use of the App, which is developed and operated by Liminality Hub.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Liminality Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the App on an iPad or Mac device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions in two tiers: Weekly (€2.99) and Annual (€24.99).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple ID / iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase (or via the direct Apple Subscription link:
https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). - Refunds: All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
4. User Content
The App allows you to import documents (such as PDFs, EPUBs, and text files) for speed-reading. You retain all ownership rights in the content you import.
You agree not to use the App to import, view, or read content that violates any third-party copyrights, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws. Liminality Hub does not monitor or access your imported files and is not responsible for any copyright infringements committed by users.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Liminality Hub does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, that document parsing will be completely accurate in all circumstances, or that the App will meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liminality Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy (or your local country, subject to consumer protection regulations), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
